What are your hours of operation?

For the convenience of our customers, all Soapy Noble locations follow the same hours. We’re open Monday through Saturday from 7 AM to 8 PM, and on Sundays from 8 AM to 6 PM.

 

Do you ever close due to bad weather?

We stay open on most bad weather days — even when it’s raining. Rainy days also give us an opportunity to do extra cleaning and routine maintenance, so some wash services may be unavailable. While we do our best to stick to our regular hours, if conditions become unsafe for our team, we may need to close for their protection.

 

What height restrictions are there at Soapy Noble?

At our standard exterior tunnel locations, the maximum vehicle height is 7 feet 2 inches.

 

I just washed my car and I’m not satisfied. What can I do?

If you’re not satisfied with your wash, we’re here to make it right. At Soapy Noble, we care as much about exceptional service as we do about delivering a quality wash. If your wash doesn’t meet your expectations, then it doesn’t meet ours, and we’ll rewash your vehicle until you’re happy or we’ll refund your purchase in full. How much is a Membership?

We offer multiple membership options to fit every budget, and upgrading or downgrading is always simple. Customers can make changes online or in person at any time — even mid‑cycle. New first-time Members get their first month for just $5. After that, plans start at $24.99 a month, which comes out to less than $1 a day.

 

How often can I wash my car if I have a Membership?

At Soapy Noble, Unlimited means UNLIMITED! Whether it’s twice a week or twice a day, we want your car to sparkle everyday, and we don’t limit your access to our washes.

 

Can I use my Membership at any Soapy Noble location?

Yes — Soapy Noble Memberships can be used at any Soapy Noble location. Whether you’re spending the day at Six Flags New England, cheering on the CCSU Blue Devils in New Britain, or vacuuming out sand after a trip to Ocean Beach in New London, your Membership goes with you. Soapy Noble makes it easy to keep your car shining wherever you are.

 

Can I wash any vehicle if I have a Membership?

Our Unlimited Memberships apply only to the specific vehicle(s) enrolled. We offer the ability to have a Membership with multiple vehicles at a per vehicle cost; and when combined on the same Wash Tier, we offer a 10% discount for multiple vehicles.

 

What happens if I get a new vehicle? 

If you get a new vehicle, we’ll be happy to update your information. Please visit any Soapy Noble location and let our team know. If your license plate has changed, knowing your previous plate may help, but it isn’t required.

 

How do I change my plan or update my credit card information on file?

To make changes to your account, please visit our Membership Portal. Our Membership Portal is available 24/7 by selecting “Manage Account” in the top‑right corner of our website, or by clicking here. You may also visit any Soapy Noble location for assistance. For security reasons, account changes cannot be made over the phone. If you’re unable to access the Membership Portal, please email contact@soapynoble.com.

 

How do I cancel my Membership?

Signing up for a Soapy Noble Membership is simple — and canceling is just as easy. You can manage or cancel your Membership online or in-store. Our Membership Portal is available 24/7 by selecting “Manage Account” in the top‑right corner of our website, or by clicking here. You may also visit any Soapy Noble location for assistance. For security reasons, account changes cannot be made over the phone. If you’re unable to access the Membership Portal or visit a location, please email contact@soapynoble.com. Please note that email cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your renewal date.
