Monthly Unlimited Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in a Soapy Noble Unlimited Membership, you understand and agree to the following terms: You are signing up for an unlimited car wash plan (Membership) at a per vehicle cost, and the Membership covers only the registered license plate(s). Introductory rate available for new first time customers only. Soapy Noble will automatically charge the payment method provided by you on a monthly basis and this authorization to do so remains in effect unless you cancel your membership. Your renewal date will be on the anniversary date of your Membership enrollment, except for enrollments between the 29th and 31st of any month, which will have a renewal date of the 28th. Your Membership may be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time by visiting soapynoble.com and selecting “Manage Account” on the top right corner, visiting any physical location, or by providing a written notice at least 7-days in advance of your renewal date to contact@soapynoble.com. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and may result in a one-time prorated charge or refund; however, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Memberships are non-refundable and no refund will be provided regardless of usage. Circumstances may affect the availability of services, including equipment failure, maintenance, or inclement weather; and that there is no guarantee that all Soapy Noble services will always be offered at any given time. Soapy Noble reserves the right to terminate your Membership without notice and without a refund if it is abused, misused, or used in any way that is inconsistent with the terms and conditions. Monthly rates may be changed and notice of any price increase will be posted at all physical locations at least 30-days in advance of such increase taking effect.
90-Day Pass Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in a Soapy Noble 90-Day Pass Membership, you understand and agree to the following terms: You are signing up for an unlimited car wash plan (Membership) and the Membership covers only the registered licence plate on file, and cannot be transferred to another license plate. Your Membership will automatically end at the end of its 3-month term and requires manual reactivation by visiting any Soapy Noble location. Memberships are non-refundable and no refund will be provided regardless of usage. Circumstances may affect the availability of services, including equipment failure, maintenance, or inclement weather; and that there is no guarantee that all Soapy Noble services will always be offered at any given time. Soapy Noble reserves the right to terminate your Membership without notice and without a refund if it is abused, misused, or used in any way that is inconsistent with the terms and conditions.
