- $65,000+ salary and benefits
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations associated with the Soapy Noble locations in your designated region
- Work directly with the ownership and leadership team to ensure all Soapy Noble promises to both our customers and employees are maintained
- Ensure all team members and managers are providing incredible customer service
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness throughout the interior and exterior of the facilities
- Overseeing inventory management and ordering
- Responsible for hiring and staffing of the facility’s management staff (within your region)
- Ensure safe conditions for customers and associates
- Detail oriented
- Relationship building skills
- Good communication skills
- Must have reliable means of transportation
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong leadership abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous industry or management experience needed
